Everything you need to know about how PlayMax works — our fairness system, common questions, and the rules of play.
Our Commitment to Fair Play
Every game result on PlayMax is determined by a cryptographic algorithm — not by us. Before each round, our server generates a server seed and your browser generates a client seed. These are combined using HMAC-SHA256 to produce the outcome. Neither side can predict or manipulate the result on their own.
The outcome of every round is mathematically locked in before you play. We have no ability to change the result mid-round.
The Algorithm
This is the exact code that determines every game outcome:

The same algorithm runs for every game. The server seed is committed to before your round starts — we cannot change it after you begin.
House Edge
PlayMax operates with a small house edge to sustain the platform. This is applied as a slight adjustment to payout multipliers — it does not alter the randomness of any result.
Mines: ~2% edge, applied via multiplier tables.
Coin Flip: 1.98x payout on a true 50/50 flip (≈1% edge).
Chicken Road: ~2% edge, built into step multipliers.
Blackjack: ~0.5% edge under standard rules.
Baccarat: ~1.06% edge on banker bet, ~1.24% on player bet.
Roulette: ~2.7% edge (single zero European wheel).
Limbo: ~1% edge applied to multiplier payouts.
Dice: ~1% edge across all target ranges.
Cups: ~2% edge on the 1-in-3 pick.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Click the + Deposit button in the top right corner of the games dashboard to go to the deposit page. From there:
1. Select a voucher amount (€5, €10, €15, €20, €50, or €100).
2. Click "Purchase Voucher" — you'll be redirected to SellAuth where you can pay with PayPal or crypto (Bitcoin, Litecoin, and more).
3. After checkout, SellAuth instantly delivers your voucher key (format: PMKEY_XXXXXXXX).
4. Paste the key into the Redeem Voucher Key box on the deposit page and click Redeem — your balance is credited instantly.
Instantly. Once you redeem your voucher key on the deposit page, your balance is credited immediately — there's no manual verification step.
If you're having trouble redeeming a key, make sure you're entering it exactly as provided by SellAuth. If the issue persists, contact support with your key and order details.
The minimum deposit is €5 (the smallest available voucher). Vouchers are available in fixed amounts: €5, €10, €15, €20, €50, and €100.
Yes. Before you can withdraw, you must wager a total of 2× your deposited amount. For example, if you've deposited €20, you need to place at least €40 in bets across any games before a withdrawal is allowed.
Your current wagering progress is shown on the Withdraw page as a progress bar. Once the requirement is met, withdrawals are processed normally within 24 hours.
Go to the Withdraw page (accessible from the sidebar or profile dropdown). Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw and choose your preferred method:
PayPal: Enter your PayPal email address. Withdrawals are processed manually and typically sent within 24 hours.
Crypto: Supports BTC, LTC, and ETH. Enter your wallet address and the amount. Processed within 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is €5. PlayMax reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal.
Make sure the key is entered exactly as provided by SellAuth, including the PMKEY_ prefix. Keys are case-insensitive but must match the correct format.
If the key shows as "already redeemed" and you haven't used it, or if you're getting any other error, contact support with your SellAuth order ID and the key code so we can look into it.
Games & Gameplay
Yes — all games on PlayMax use a Provably Fair system. Every game outcome is cryptographically determined before you play and can be independently verified after. See the "Provably Fair" tab for a full explanation.
If you lose connection during a game, the round is saved on our server. When you reconnect and open the game, your active round will be restored. Any winnings from a completed round are credited automatically.
If you believe a round was not properly resolved, contact support with the game details and your username.
Maximum payout per round is capped at €5,000 across all games. This limit exists to protect the platform's liquidity. In the event a win exceeds this cap, the payout will be limited to €5,000 and you will be notified.
Currently PlayMax does not offer a free play or demo mode. All games require a real balance to play. We may introduce a demo mode in a future update.
Account
Password changes can currently be requested by contacting support. A self-service password reset feature is on the roadmap and coming soon.
No. One account per person is strictly enforced. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently banned and balances forfeited.
To close your account, contact our support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered PayPal address before the account is closed. Account closure is permanent.

1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on PlayMax Casino.
- It is your responsibility to ensure online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before playing.
- PlayMax reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Failure to provide it may result in account suspension.
- Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
2. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Deposits are made by purchasing a voucher on SellAuth using PayPal or crypto, then redeeming the voucher key (format: PMKEY_XXXXXXXX) on the PlayMax deposit page. Balance is credited instantly upon successful redemption.
- Voucher keys are single-use only. Once redeemed they are permanently consumed and non-reversible.
- PlayMax is not responsible for payment issues occurring on SellAuth's platform. Contact SellAuth support for purchase-related issues.
- Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours via PayPal or Crypto (BTC, LTC, ETH) to the address or email you provide.
- Wagering Requirement: Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have wagered a cumulative total of at least 2× your total deposited amount. This requirement applies across all games and resets relative to your lifetime deposit total.
- PlayMax reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Minimum deposit: €5. Minimum withdrawal: €5.
- Maximum payout per single game round is capped at €5,000.
3. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
- Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities must be reported to us immediately. Exploiting them for gain is grounds for account closure.
- Collusion with other players or staff to manipulate outcomes is prohibited.
- PlayMax uses Provably Fair technology — attempting to manipulate seeds or verification results constitutes fraud.
- Chargebacks via PayPal will result in immediate and permanent account ban, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and recovery of any disputed funds through all available legal means. By depositing, you explicitly agree to resolve all disputes directly with PlayMax and waive your right to initiate a PayPal chargeback or dispute.
4. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
- PlayMax is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with PayPal Holdings, Inc. in any way. PayPal is used solely as a payment transfer method at the discretion of the user.
- PlayMax is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with SellAuth or any of its related services. Any use of SellAuth-related products in connection with PlayMax is independent and not officially linked.
- All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
- PlayMax is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processors, including PayPal transaction disputes, account limitations, or service outages.
5. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- PlayMax will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
- Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access immediately.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be closed. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
6. Privacy & Data
- We collect your email address and username for account purposes only.
- Your data is never sold to third parties.
- PayPal transaction data is used solely for deposit verification and withdrawal processing.
- You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support.
7. Responsible Gambling
PlayMax is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be entertaining — never chase losses or gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
- Set personal limits on deposits and session time.
- If you feel gambling is negatively affecting your life, please seek help from a professional organization.
- You may request a self-exclusion from PlayMax at any time by contacting support. This is permanent and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
- Players showing signs of problem gambling may be contacted by our team or have limits applied to their account.
8. Limitation of Liability
PlayMax is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, connectivity problems, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a technical fault that affects a game outcome, PlayMax reserves the right to void the round and refund the stake.
PlayMax reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Jurisdiction: PlayMax Casino is operated by a company incorporated in Costa Rica and operates under Costa Rican law, which permits online gaming and casino operations without a specific gaming licence requirement for offshore operators.

Zero Tolerance: PlayMax has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and financial crime. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be immediately and permanently banned, all funds frozen, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities:

- →Using PlayMax to cycle or layer funds to obscure their origin.
- →Deliberately losing bets to a colluding account to transfer funds.
- →Depositing and immediately withdrawing without meaningful gameplay (structuring).

- →Providing false identity information to circumvent any verification process.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
PlayMax reserves the right to request identity verification from any user at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation for large transactions.
Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and funds being held pending review. Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified accounts where verification has been requested.
Transaction Monitoring & Reporting
PlayMax actively monitors all account activity for suspicious patterns including unusually large or frequent deposits, immediate withdrawal requests with little gameplay, and multiple accounts sharing the same payment details or IP address.
Where suspicious activity is detected, PlayMax will freeze the account, hold all funds, and file a report with the appropriate financial intelligence authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and are under a strict tipping-off prohibition — we will not alert a user that their account is under investigation.
All transaction records and account data are retained for a minimum of 5 years and may be provided to authorities upon lawful request.
