Our Commitment to Fair Play
Every game on PlayMax uses a Provably Fair system — a cryptographic method that lets you independently verify that no game outcome was ever manipulated. Not by us, not by anyone.
Before each game round begins, the server generates a server seed and hashes it. You're shown the hash before you play. After the round, the full seed is revealed. This proves the outcome was predetermined before you acted — and never changed.
How It Works — Step by Step
Server Seed Generated & Hashed
Before you play, our server creates a random seed and produces a SHA-256 hash of it. You see the hash before your bet — this locks the outcome in place. The server cannot change the seed without changing the hash.
You Provide Your Client Seed
You also contribute a client seed (randomly generated or set by you). Your seed is combined with the server seed and a nonce to produce the final game outcome — meaning neither party alone controls the result.
Game Plays Out
The combined seeds are processed through an HMAC-SHA512 algorithm to produce the game outcome. The result is mathematically determined — there's no room for manipulation after you've seen the hash.
Server Seed Revealed — You Verify
After the round, the full server seed is revealed. You can now verify: hash the seed yourself and compare it to what was shown before you played. If they match, the outcome was never tampered with. Every round. Every time.
Why This Matters
Traditional online casinos ask you to trust their random number generators — black boxes you can't inspect. With provably fair, you don't need to trust us. The math does the work. You can independently audit every single round using nothing but publicly available tools.
This is why provably fair gaming is considered the gold standard of transparency in online gambling. We built PlayMax around it from day one.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Go to the Deposit page. You can fund your account via PayPal or Crypto (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and more). Minimum deposit is €2. Funds are credited to your balance within seconds.
Go to the Withdraw page from the sidebar or profile dropdown. Enter the amount and choose your method:
PayPal: Enter your PayPal email. Processed manually, typically within 24 hours.
Crypto: BTC, LTC, ETH supported. Enter your wallet address. Processed within 24 hours.
Minimum withdrawal is €5. Verification may be required before processing.
Yes. You must have wagered a cumulative total of at least 2× your total deposited amount before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement applies across all games and is based on your lifetime deposit total.
Make sure the key is entered exactly as provided, including the PMKEY_ prefix. Keys are single-use only — once redeemed they cannot be reused.
If it shows "already redeemed" and you haven't used it, contact support with your order ID and key code.
Games & Gameplay
Yes — all games use a Provably Fair system. Every outcome is cryptographically determined before you play and can be independently verified after. See the "Provably Fair" tab for a full explanation.
If you lose connection during a game, the round is saved on the server. When you reconnect and open the game, your active round will be restored. Winnings from any completed round are credited automatically.
If you believe a round was not properly resolved, contact support with the game details and your username.
Maximum payout per round is capped at 5,000,000 Coins across all games. This protects the platform's liquidity. If a win exceeds this cap, the payout will be limited to 5,000,000 Coins and you will be notified.
Currently PlayMax does not offer a free play or demo mode — all games require a real balance. A demo mode may be introduced in a future update.
Account
Password changes can currently be requested by contacting support. A self-service password reset feature is on the roadmap and coming soon.
No. One account per person is strictly enforced. Creating multiple accounts violates our Terms & Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently banned with balances forfeited.
To close your account, contact our support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered PayPal address before closure. Account closure is permanent.
01 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on PlayMax Casino.
- It is your responsibility to ensure online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before playing.
- PlayMax reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Failure to provide it may result in account suspension.
- Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
02 Deposits & Withdrawals
- Deposits are made via PayPal or crypto on the deposit page. Balance is credited instantly upon payment confirmation.
- Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours via PayPal or Crypto (BTC, LTC, ETH).
- Wagering Requirement: You must wager a cumulative total of at least 2× your total deposited amount before any withdrawal can be processed.
- PlayMax reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Minimum deposit: €2. Minimum withdrawal: €5. Maximum payout per round: 5,000,000 Coins.
03 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
- Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported immediately. Exploiting them for gain is grounds for account closure.
- Collusion with other players or staff to manipulate outcomes is prohibited.
- Chargebacks via PayPal will result in immediate and permanent account ban, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and recovery of disputed funds through all available legal means. By depositing, you explicitly agree to resolve all disputes directly with PlayMax.
04 Third-Party Services Disclaimer
- PlayMax is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with PayPal Holdings, Inc. in any way. PayPal is used solely as a payment transfer method at the user's discretion.
- All third-party trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
- PlayMax is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processors including disputes, account limitations, or service outages.
05 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- PlayMax will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
- Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access immediately.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be closed. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
06 Privacy & Data
- We collect your email address and username for account purposes only.
- Your data is never sold to third parties.
- You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support.
07 Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be entertaining — never chase losses or gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
- Set personal limits on deposits and session time.
- You may request self-exclusion from PlayMax at any time by contacting support. This is permanent and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
- Players showing signs of problem gambling may be contacted by our team or have limits applied to their account.
08 Limitation of Liability
PlayMax is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, connectivity problems, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a technical fault affecting a game outcome, PlayMax reserves the right to void the round and refund the stake.
PlayMax reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Our AML framework ensures that PlayMax is never used as a vehicle for money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit financial activity — regardless of source, method, or amount.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities:
- →Depositing funds obtained through illegal or criminal activity.
- →Using PlayMax to cycle or layer funds to obscure their origin.
- →Deliberately losing bets to a colluding account to transfer funds.
- →Depositing and immediately withdrawing without meaningful gameplay (structuring).
- →Using multiple accounts to move funds between them.
- →Providing false identity information to circumvent any verification process.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
PlayMax reserves the right to request identity verification from any user at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation for large transactions.
Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and funds being held pending review. Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified accounts where verification has been requested.
Transaction Monitoring & Reporting
PlayMax actively monitors all account activity for suspicious patterns including unusually large or frequent deposits, immediate withdrawal requests with little gameplay, and multiple accounts sharing the same payment details or IP address.
Where suspicious activity is detected, PlayMax will freeze the account, hold all funds, and file a report with the appropriate financial intelligence authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and are under a strict tipping-off prohibition — we will not alert a user that their account is under investigation.
All transaction records and account data are retained for a minimum of 5 years and may be provided to authorities upon lawful request.
